The Spring 170 is our full-size salon on a long-body Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, with more room to work around larger dogs. It's a finished salon you rent by the month, and every known condition is written down at handoff.

  • Your grooming business: customers, prices, schedule, and staff
  • Fuel, supplies, parking, daily cleaning, and tank care
  • Care of the dryer and vacuum: emptying, hose care, and securing them for travel
  • Commercial auto insurance on the van, including physical damage, and grooming liability, with Spring named on the policies

What groomers ask before renting.

Anything else, ask us directly. The signed lease is the final word on every term.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The deposit is two months of rent. After you return the van, we inspect it together against the handoff photos and refund the deposit within 14 days, less only documented amounts such as unpaid rent or damage beyond normal wear.

What insurance do I need?

You insure the van under your commercial auto policy, including liability and physical damage, and carry general liability for your grooming business, including animals in your care. Spring Le Tour is named as additional insured and loss payee. We send the exact requirements to your broker before you sign.

What happens if something breaks?

Report it and we arrange the repair. If you didn't cause the fault, we pay for it and your rent is reduced for each day the van is out of service. Accident damage goes through your auto insurance, and we deal with the repair shop and the adjuster with you. Damage from misuse is charged at the repair shop's price, with no markup.

Can I put my own brand on the van?

Yes. Your name and branding go on the van in removable vinyl. We agree the full layout with you before anything is printed, including a Spring Le Tour rental panel.

Does the van come with a dryer and vacuum?

Yes. Both are included, on dedicated outlets, and we repair or replace them if they fail in normal use. If you prefer your own models, our technician checks them against the outlets before handoff.

What does the monthly inspection cost?

Our service provider checks the power, water, drainage and salon once a month and gives us both a written report. You pay the provider's price, with no markup, and your quote shows the current rate.

Can I end the lease early?

Yes, with 30 days' written notice and an early-exit charge that is capped and written into the lease before you sign.

Who can drive it?

You and the staff you list in the lease. We check each driver's license in person and train them on the van before they drive.

Are taxes included?

Prices are before any sales or use tax that applies to the rental. If tax applies, it is shown separately in your written quote.

Can I buy the van later?

We're open to it. Ask us during or at the end of your term.
